Care Resources 4 Seniors acts as a consultant for families and seniors seeking an assisted living places to fit their needs. We cultivate strong relationships with places cross Macomb and Oakland Counties, and partner with those who have proven to provide consistent, expert care.

Step 1: ​Discovery

Personal meeting to fully understand your current situation, objectives, goals, care needs, preferences, and budget.

Step 2: Analysis

We review the options ​available to you and construct a plan.

Step 3: ​Implementation

We schedule tours, accompany you on the visit, meet and review staff and settings, and assist you with every stage of the decision process.

Step 4: Move In And Follow Up

Once a decision has been reached, we help coordinate the necessary paper work.

Residential Care Homes

    • Licensed, private care homes serving 4 – 6 residents w/24-hour care

    • Ideally suited for those on fixed budgets or those with significant physical assistance needs

    • Meals, laundry, and limited activities

    • Semi-private or private accommodations

    • Average cost: $5000 – $8000/month inclusive of all care levels

    • Annual increases are rare, and generally based on significant changes in care levels only

Memory Care

    • Meet the physical and social needs of those with Dementia and Alzheimers

    • 24-hour care with medication management

    • Secure settings as needed to provide safety from wandering

    • Meals, laundry, and transportation

    • Onsite and offsite activities

    • Semi-private or private accommodations

    • One rate for apartment and secondary rate for care

    • Average cost: $5000 – $8000/month

    • Expect annual rent increases. Care costs will increase as needs change.

In-Home Care

    • Bonded and licensed to provide non-medical care in the client’s home

    • Medication oversight

    • Simple companionship (playing cards, scrapbooking, organization, etc.)

    • Daily tasks (food shopping, doctor appointments, etc.)

    • Average cost: $30 to $45/hour
